A photo library for film scans, digital and RAW
Library reads your photos where they are. Nothing is copied or moved. Every scan belongs to a roll, so camera, film, EI and development come along without typing them again.

What Library does
- Watches your folders: new scans show up by themselves, deleted ones leave
- Ratings 0–5, tags, albums and smart albums from saved searches
- Search like film:hp5, camera:fm2, lens:50, trip:, rating:4, a year, is:raw or roll:#42
- Compare two to four images side by side; Space opens a quick preview
- An offline world map of geotagged photos, coloured by roll or trip
- Finds byte-identical duplicates
- Ratings and tags go into XMP: inside JPEG and TIFF, in a sidecar for RAW
- Photos on an unplugged drive stay with their thumbnail, marked Offline
- Renames and moves made in Finder or Explorer keep ratings, tags and albums
- Stays quick with tens of thousands of images; thumbnails are made in the background
